Through our work with the Ministry of Defence we provide customer billing and contact centre support for nearly 1,100 Defence sites across the UK. As this service is centralised and managed within our Yorkshire Office, we are able to offer a consolidated and convenient service for the MOD.
We have built our experience from working closely with our sister company Loop, an award winning customer contact and billing centre which serves over 5 million customers across the Yorkshire Region. Loop specialises in delivering customer service support to Yorkshire Water that includes billing, debt recovery and incident management.
