Our graduate development programme is a great way to build on your professional skills and put your academic knowledge into practice.

The programme involves an intensive induction period and a number of practical placements across Kelda Water Services and Yorkshire Water.  Therefore, you could be based in Aberdeen, Belfast or the South-West of England. You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your own learning. So if you spot an opportunity to explore something that interests you we'll be behind you all the way.
