KWS completes acquisition of AES26 April 2010
Kelda Water Services (KWS) has today completed the acquisition of Scottish PFI company Aberdeen Environmental Services (AES).

An agreement has been reached between Welsh Water (Dwr Cymru) and Kelda Water Services that will enable Welsh Water to insource all the activities covered by Kelda Water Services Wales’ Operations and Maintenance contract into Welsh Water with a target date of 1 May 2010.
